Coffee

On Monday night, the boys and I met up with my previous foster Daisy and her forever-mom at a local coffee shop that is pet-friendly. It was a chance to have a little social time not only for the dogs, but for us as well. We hadn't been there long when I had a flashback to the days when Daisy lived with us. Hoss had found a comfortable position on the floor, so Daisy took her position - standing over Hoss! So funny how my very alpha boy lets this alpha girl take her position. This was very common when she lived with us. If she was standing up, she was usually standing over Hoss.

I like this picture because it looks as if Daisy and Bud are talking and laughing like they are the best of friends. Notice Daisy standing over Hoss.....

Here are a few others from that night:

I like the last photo of the dogs stretching. Is that the Breakroom?

Yes! It is the Breakroom. I noticed in one of your previous posts that it was greyhound-friendly, so we decided to check it out.

That's a fun place. The baristas are high energy and can offer good advice on many topics.

What can I say about my little Alpha girl? Old habits die hard. I think that in reality, I am her "person" aka 'handmaiden' and she is Eyptian royalty come back as a hound.
I loved going to a coffee shop with our dogs! So 'European', so West coast, so civilized!!
